Refund and Returns Policy

At GLP Personal Care, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, in accordance with Stripe’s merchant requirements.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is in its original, unused, and unopened condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all components included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal care nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or partially used bath and beauty products
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
3. How to Initiate a Return
  • Step 1: Email info@glp123.shop with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide
  • Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Please do not return items without first receiving authorisation from our team.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Email info@glp123.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@glp123.shop with your order number and photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or free replacement.

  • Change of mind or wrong item ordered — customer covers return shipping costs
8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us at info@glp123.shop before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
