All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping notification with tracking once dispatched.

- United States — all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days) — FREE on all orders
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) — $9.99 USD
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $19.99 USD
International:
- Standard International (10–21 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Expedited International (7–14 business days) — calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active. For assistance, contact info@glp123.shop with your order number.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@glp123.shop with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Address
